How can I make a claim with Airbnb for a cancellation I had to make as a host?

I have no idea how to actually contact anyone live at Airbnb , and have not found a way to chat with them on the web site.  I had to cancel one reservation this summer as the Electric company in Jamaica was turning off the electricity to the whole street for 2 days to do repairs. Airbnb charged me a fee , and then blocked me from being a Superhost for a year - this seems a bit unfair and I just wanted to speak with them about it - but cannot find any way to actually talk with anyone - does anyone have a phone number or way to engage them in a chat about this?

I've had to cancel 2 back to back reservations, due to my house being placed on the market for sale. I'd like to be able to contact someone with Airbnb to explain my extenuating circumstances and not be penalized fees. Cab anyone assist me?
