How can I recieve Payment for hosting?

I am a new host and should I send bills to my guests or will it automatically charged by AirBNB? thank you in advance, Umar

@Umar7 When a reservation is confirmed, Airbnb collects the payment.  For short term stays, full payment is made.  For long term stays, Airbnb collects the first month's payment and the remainder in monthly installments.  See this link:

Airbnb will release your payout to your payout account  24 hours after the check in time on your listing.  If you are a new host, your first payout will be made 30 days after the first reservation was confirmed.  See this link:

Before releasing payouts, Airbnb will first verify that the payout account was set correctly.  This is how you know Airbnb has verified your account:
