I am a first time host and the guest checked out over a week ago. I immediately gave the guest a positive review after she checked out, but I have not recieved a review back.. Is there any way to see if she reviewed me and/or request a review from the guest?
Some guests choose not to leave a review. They do get serveral reminders.
That's disappointing.. I don't have any reason to think that she was unhappy with her stay.
@Becka0 They have 14 days to complete the review post-check out. If they do write you a review, you will be promptly notified via email, and it will also show as a notification on your "Dashboard." Don't stress just yet - I've had to wait until the very end to leave a review as I was still traveling and didn't want to take the time to fill it out yet. Or, as the host above me mentioned, they may not leave a review. I've had 3 guests not leave reviews, despite telling me via messaging that they had a nice stay. Not much you can do - though I have found that messaging guests after check-out and kindly asking that they take the time to review at their convenience has resulted in more reviews, and good ones! Hope you get the review!!
