There used to be clear links to reach AirBnB support - but now I seem to always be directed to "Community Center" for support. How do I reach an AirBnB rep for help with my listing?
Google airbnb phone number
@Ana-and-David0 when I hit "like " on your reply, it was only because I couldn't choose "LOL" instead.
Seriously, I can't believe how many people are posting this same exact question every day......I did a search on the community wall yesterday for related articles on how to contact Airbnb just to see what would happen if a new host did that, and sure enough, many MANY posts came up with the Airbnb phone number. So I am so baffled as to why other folks aren't using that option either. One of the top hosts @DaveandDeb who is so helpful on this community wall just posted 40 phone numbers 3 days ago for hosts all over the world so I know there are posts there for them to find. I did give the phone number to about 5 hosts yesterday to help them out quicker.
Great way to contact Airbnb or via Twitter at AirbnbHelp / Facebook
Respectfully, that's not Aloha. 😞
Also, understand that people are being funneled to community support from the website. I found a phone number in an email and was able to resolve my issue over the phone -- however, advice on this forum for finding this number is all over the place... and incorrect - I was never able to find the number through the website in the places mentioned... I had to search through my email.
Oh my......if it wasn't Aloha then I sincerely apologize, but I was laughing at the other hosts in HOW and WHAT @Ana-and-David0 wrote back.....not at you! Which is WHY I didn't add your user name to my post.....if I wanted you to see that, then I would have added your name like I just did here. @Chrrles0 But thanks for assuming it was about you.....and for thinking the worst of me. Bummed.
and I will post this again......if you had searched in the search bar IN the community wall (not the website) for related topics about Airbnb contact phone number, then you would definitely have seen the appropriate numbers that so many hosts have posted to the other 85,390 hosts that asked that same question. I was being helpful. Sad that you don't see that as "Aloha"
If you still need the number, I am happy to help you but I thought giving you a better idea for any future questions was a better suggestion since the search bar helped me so much in the past when I was a new host. Good luck.

Do you understand that the vast majority of AirBnB hosts never use the community center, even less would know about searching for information here?
"Aloha Spirit" is not about being condescending or making snipey comments. ***
@Chrrles0 You are very welcome. I was ACTUALLY trying to help you. Guess you aren't seeing that in my posts where I took the time to write out a way to search out the answer in the topic section of the community wall. I figured since you knew how to post a comment that you might know or not know about the search bar which is why I added that to my help post directly to you. Seems I have wasted my time in helping and sending you an apology.
btw...... I can't find it in my Aloha cultural Native Hawaiian book where it says its okay to call someone a "troll", don't think I ever will. smh.

I think that to be successful in airbnb you need to be technologically literate. A lot of people join Airbnb because is an excellent model, but is not, if you don’t know how the modern world works.
That is condescending and passive aggressive ("I don't mean disrespect to anyone..." and then posting a link to lmgtfy).
So.......would you please just give me the number.
Thanks in advance.
Marilyn
Thanks. I will do this. I am in Australia and cannot contact internationally by phone, so I am hoping there is a number that will be contactable in Australia!
Just click on Help, then click on Help Center.
Click on Contact, then click on My Question is About Something Else.
From there, you can make an e-mail request, or call the phone number.
It's definitely worth spending a few moments to explore the Help Center. There is a ton of important information there for hosts, including contact information.
Hello everyone,
@Chrrles0 I am glad to hear you have managed to get in touch with Support and have got this sorted, thank you for the update here.
In terms of this thread, I feel it has taken a little bit of a wrong turn. In terms of the original question, it is one of the most frequently asked here, so Chrrles you are not alone in wanting this information! Because of this, I am sure you can sympathise that answering the same question over and over can become a little tiresome - especially for those who volunteer a lot of their time to helping other hosts here!
We try to encourage a positive and constructive atmosphere for everyone here in the CC and so for this reason I have removed some of the comments posted, as I believe they go against this. Please all keep in mind when you are posting, how your comment(s) may make others feel and please keep in mind the CC guidelines, which also highlight that personal references to an individual are not acceptable.
Going back to the original question, Chrrles you are in luck, you can find a wealth of information on this topic either by using the search bar found at the top of the page or by visiting the Community Help Guides which have been made by hosts here in the CC (plus as @Ed-and-Hugh0 suggest by reading the articles in the Help Center). I hope this will be useful to you and other hosts in the future.
Thanks so much,
Lizzie
