I am trying to figure out how much I should price my two rooms at to get the income I want. I know what the state, city and county want. But I've been unable to nail down the correct number for AirBNB. It looks like 3.0303030% but that number does not always work. Sometimes it's more, sometimes it's less. What's the official amount? 3.03030% round up to the next dollar?
Hi @Lorna4,
They take 3% rounded up.

Thanks. That's what I thought but it is good to get confirmation when dealing with numbers.
Hi, Have they just put their prices up, they took £61 from a £475 booking of mine, that works out at 13%?
@Jess25.....Jess, there is something wrong there...they always take 3% from my hostings and I have had two in the last week and there was no deviation from that!
My initial thought was that you had a host cancellation and Airbnb were exercising their right to take a penalty out of your subsequent hostings! But that is not the case, you do not have any host cancellations, so I would suggest you call Airbnb on 02033181111 and get them to sort it out for you.
Cheers....Rob
