I agree, @Rocky6. Write things in the house rules as they arise, and I also have notes at key points on the property. Friendly notes, but all there because someone has misunderstood or misused something. It avoids problems for sure. The only funny one is when guests use the how-to-use-the-woodstove note to light the fire. That one happened to me again last week. Sigh.
