How to make happy guests?

It's easy. Pick up guests from car, offer a hot or cold drink, it could be a glass of water or cup of tea or coffee. Show around house, eg. Toilet , Fire Exit, Cooking facilities etc. Guests will love you!!!

I would hope that every host who is on site/available to meet their guests,  would greet their guest with a warm welcome, a drink and show them around their place.

By the way I noticed on your listing, you give a standard reply to each review by one of your guests.

My advice would be to personalise it to the guest who stayed - showing you have taken into account their comments and your experience of hosting them.
