How to become a co-host

Hello Community,

I having been an airbnb host for a bit and am hoping to become a co-host for multiple properties.  Is this done through airbnb or just through networking with the community?

Thanks,

James

If you are looking to create a business plan where you handle other people's properties, you need to find them on your own.  A Co-Host is not a job description per se. https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/1243/what-is-a-co-host

If the "multiple properties" are hosted on Airbnb, and the host(s) want you to co-host, then that's easy to accomplish.

Or are you advertising to offer your assistance as a co-host? Coz that's an entirely different matter...

If you want to provide a service to hosts in your area. Draw up a business plan, which will include looking what your competition offers. You can then develop a marketing plan (with budget) to look at how your promote your business to target hosts in your area.

Do your market research on what networks are available. Develop a website/blog, advertise your service online where your research shows you your hosts hang out. Sponsor networking event or organise your own, where you add value by providing quality advice.

Its about building relationships and showing how you add value - what can you offer that others can't?
