I host guests in Bali, Indonesia, where Google maps is far from accurate. Setting a location pin does not often translate to the correct address. We managed to make a pin and a listing address that approximated the location, and it worked for a while.... until Google Maps updated! Now the street name has changed, and our address is pinned on a different street on AirBnB.
AirBnB does not allow listings to "move" addresses.
Any ideas how to get beyond the robots to a real person on AirBnB to answer this question? We've had quite a few guests getting lost, but generally we know where to find them (where the AirBnB pin for the old address is).
