I host guests in Bali, Indonesia, where Google maps is far from accurate. Setting a location pin does not often translate to the correct address. We managed to make a pin and a listing address that approximated the location, and it worked for a while.... until Google Maps updated! Now the street name has changed, and our address is pinned on a different street on AirBnB.
AirBnB does not allow listings to "move" addresses.
Any ideas how to get beyond the robots to a real person on AirBnB to answer this question? We've had quite a few guests getting lost, but generally we know where to find them (where the AirBnB pin for the old address is).
Kadek,
I have exactly the same problem, very annoying; our location re-set by itself and I can't correct it. Have you solved the issue?
we also have the same issue in Costa Rica... and apparently no one at airbnb will answer...someone with any idea?

we had the same problem, then I contacted Airbnb and got a call from ABB rep, I explained where pins have to be and she adjusted it.
here is how to contact them
