How to change the hosts?

Hi. I have a important question: 

How to change the host?

The hosts is leaving our place but we all full booking until Feburary. It means all the money will go to her account. But she's leaving to our place, we need to host our place by our selve. We need to change the host and the bank account to get money from the guest. Otherwise, the ex-host will have all the money.

Please help.

Could you please clarify the issue  ?

Do you own a property that you lease to a tenant and this tenant is hosting ? Now this tenant is moving out and has bookings into the future ?

If you can make an agreement with your tenant and the future guests, your tenant can route the income into your bank account.  For your own future bookings, you would need to set up your own listing and start from scratch.

Hi.

I and my ex- flat mate rent this apartment together but my name is under the contract. She is the host for our place.  Now she is moving out of the country -  it means we have nothing to warranty she will sent money to us for all the booking that booked already. At the moment,I blocked all the booking from next March. We are still have some available on January and February and she is still the host. I'' just a co-host with her.

Then I must assume you are in conflict with this ex and you do not trust that the income for the bookings will  be sent to you ?

If so, it is a tough one ! and I am afraid I do not have any immediate solution for you.  

As a co-host, do you have full access to the account ? If so, you can remove the payout method that routes the funds into the account of your ex.  There is also the option to remove the account and cancel the reservations, then set up a new account on your own.

I would try and contact airbnb with the issue - there is a chance they can help.
