This is the text of Julio's post!
"When my guests arrived I was not in my apartment (for my work I had to leave the city). So my mother, who lives in another place, went to receive them and give them the key.
My work outside the city was extended so that my guests (who rented the room from me for 8 days ) were alone in my apartment
One day (yesterday) my broker who has a key came in (accompanied by a person who wanted to see my apartment to buy it) and my guests made a complaint as soon as he opened the door of my apartment and called me saying that I should warn them if someone was going to visit my apartment!
I had of course told my broker that I had tourists in my house and not enter the room I had rented.
She did not enter the room of my guests. I was not going to do that and made that clear.
I told my guests that I could not tell them every time someone else went to my apartment (they also have a key, along with my partner and my mother). But they did not understand the matter. They insisted that "they expected something with more privacy." I told them that even I could come at any time. To which they told me that I had told them that I would not be at home (which is how it was, but that was not a condition of renting the room, my notice on Airbnb clearly states that I rent a PRIVATE ROOM not ALL the apartment).
In short it was a bitter argument. So much so that I'm thinking of never receiving tourists again".
@Julio-G0....Esto es difícil para usted. En primer lugar yo lado con el huésped! El huésped ha pagado dinero por el uso de este apartamento y no debería tener que aguantar a los extraños que quieren entrar.....
This is difficult for you. First I must side with the guest! The guest has paid money for the use of the room in this apartment and should not have to put up with the strangers who want to enter!
Usted debe alterar su desciption para decir, "otras personas pueden entrar en el apartamento a veces!
You should alter your description to say, "Other people can get into the apartment sometimes!
hope this helps! Cheers.....Rob
