The June webinar did not fully address the strict cancellation policy whereby a guest can cancel a booking 14 days before arrival and get a 50% refund. This policy is totally unfair to hosts living in the Caribbean. We have just about no chance of getting a replacement booking within the 14 days. Please address this issue.
If you buy an airline ticket and do not fly, you do not get a refund. If you buy a ticket to a show and do not go, do you get a refund?
