Improving my AirBnB listing to get more bookings

@Lemir-Louai0   Your apartment is lovely. Looks like you have really good reviews so far, and I think your listing looks good! 

If you are a new host, I find doing some research and seeing what other Airbnbs in the area are doing/charging can help. 

Seems like your pricing is pretty equal with others in the area. If you find you are not getting enough bookings you can always try lowering your price for a bit until things start to book up, and once you get more reviews, you will notice more bookings! (That's what worked for me!)

Your listing is gorgeous and seems perfect for family groups, if you are comfortable hosting  families with small children perhaps add a portable crib? I would not lower prices too much- extreme bargain hunters can be the most challenging guests, Sally
