Incorrect charge from Air Bnb

Hi,

I recently noticed that although my rate was set for £50 for a particular night, when a booking came through from Air Bnb it said the rate was £49. Has anyone had this issue or know how to make sure it doesn't happen again?

Could it be that the £1 fee Airbnb take from your booking accounts for the difference?

Should be the booking fee but also lately payments seem to fluctuate by a £ here and there.

Yes I have had this 3 times now for 3 separate bookings. My price is £23 per night but air bnb charges the guest £22 then takes £1 as a service fee. Leaving me with £21.

ive tried to find a way to contact air bnb as to why this is happening but it keeps directing me to the community centre.

yes i have the same issue for at least 6 months

contacted AirBnB about it - they knew about the bug but seems they did nothing to resolve it
