AirBnB assured hat I would receive payment on 2 November 2016 for accommodation services rendered in South Africa. However I have not received the said funds yet. instead, I have recieved a series of emails with an Airbnb and Payoner logo from an organisation called Exchange4Free requesting permission to facilitate our payment from Airbnb. Any idea what is going on. We have declined giving any consent to this company for now and remain perplexed how they got our email contact.
Anyone with a similar experience? How have you resolved it?
