Currency payment

A guest from the US has just booked with me. They changed their payment preference to UK pounds and were using a UK payment card. However when they recieved their confirmation  it gave the payment details in US dollars. They are concerned thay have been charged in dollars. How do they raise this with AirBnb - they are using the system for the first time and I have never come across this problem before. Many thanks

Nothing you can do, they need to contact ABB.
