Problem with guests

My guest has had a very bad review since she booked with me & also she wants to change the make up of her group. From 3 females which I was ok to 2 females and 1 male. Which in view of her recent review of excess alcohol and empty bottles in room from previous host is unacceptable to me and I offered her a full refund if she cancels which she will not do.

Hi Mark I would contact AIrBnb and explain them your concerns and they should be able to cancel the booking for you with no consequences for you. I have done ot in the past.
