Increase in my set prices

Has anyone noticed that their set price is not what Airbnb are selling at?

I checked pricing info and the only increase is currency conversion (GBP to GBP so that doesnt count) VAT for EU I'm not in EU and local taxes which are N/A. Airbnb are adding on an extra 3% ontop of everything which includes my daily rate, extra pax and cleaning fee. This is also on top of the guest service fee which is now 15% and the commission deducted of 3% on payment.

I don't remember getting any notification about this either. Any info would be really appreciated.

Yes! Airbnb makes good money.

If you want to book a one night stay at my place you see 1 night $59 + Cleaning $25 + Service fee $13 = $97

What Aibnb shows me is 1 night $59 + Cleaning $25 - Service fee $3 = $81

Airbnb makes $16 = 16.5%

So they can afford to send me messages to say that someone booked a place for $14 less.

So when I want to charge $84 Airbnb adds another service fee and shows $97.

Th8is is Ok here in Australia because there is no real competition.
