Instant Book vs. Regular Booking advanced notice

I like having one day of notice for regular bookings, and I can decide if it is worth it, but last night at 11:45PM I had someone instant book for tomorrow, and I'll be out of town. Can I set a different advanced notice for instant booking vs. regular bookings (where I can decide yes or no)? If so, how? I have done enough searching both via app and on the desktop version of the site to no avail.

Since you have Instant Book turned on, added a day of "prep" will apply to all search requests and reservations.  To add prep time or to determine if a same-day reservations are something you want to entertain, it's in your Availability settings.
