Is Clear Banc an Airbnb subsidiary ?

Is the company Clear Banc a subsidiary of Airbnb?  They offer to loan money for Airbnb rentals to improve the listing. Not that I would ever do something like this and they ask for bank account information !

BUT,  they have put my listing on their site with photos and have a lot of data about my listing from occupancy rate, to amount paid to me, to response rate.  They managed to set up a guest profile on Airbnb with no verifications, not even an email, and with a profile photo of a person stolen from a blog site (I used tineye to find it) and sent me an inquiry with a link that goes to   "My Clear Banc / Airbnb listing" !?   the link was not hidden by Airbnb.  Even my links of "How to get From the Airport"  are hidden by Airbnb as a security breach. What gives?

I flagged the profile.  I then sent Twitter Airbnb a message and they told me to flag the profile !  The profile remains.

Clear banc is not part of Airbnb but they are a good company. I have used them and they are really good.

@Fabs0   If they are not any ideas how come they have so much of my private data and a link to my listing on their site?

They use a software that pulls all that data from the site the first time they contacted me I was a bit scared on the amount of info they had on my listings they know everything plus they could forecast my future revenue
