Landlord Charges

Hi,

My guest did not like the place and decided to leave, so I made 0$ but I am still charged by the Landlord.

1) Does that conform with the policy ?

2) I have been on the phone for 40 minutes now, waiting for Airbnb to pick up.

3) How do I contact Airbnb to discuss this ?

The arrangement you have with your landlord is something outside of Airbnb.

Did you guest actually cancel their reservation through Airbnb?  If not, you will still be paid.  If so, you will be paid what you are due under your cancellation policy.

Sounds like you are on the phone with Airbnb already, so that is how you will get ahold of them.

On your listing it says you the cancelled the reservation - is this is the one you are talking about?

Normally if a guest chooses not to stay with you and your listing is as described you would still be paid in line with your cancellation policy.
