Location, Mapping, Not working?

Ive added two properties to date both of which are almost impossible to get to appear in basic search results based on their address. I have entered the correct address for each property, i have added the community name in the listing several times yet when i do a search as a traveler it rarely appears in the search results unless i move the map. I contacted custoemr service and the women i spoke to really couldnt give any definitive answers. I have multiple properties i would like to list as an alternative to homeaway but im finding it difficult to justify the time if the most basic needs arent able to be met.

I have the same issue, if I reposition the pin to the exact location it is not updated and doesn't show on the map.

Can anybody help, please?!
