Long Term hosting- is there a specific way to post?

I am trying to host my apt for a 3 month stay (Jan- March).  Did I post correctly?  I only want a tenant who can stasy the entire duration.  Just wasnt sure if there was a specific way to post or section to post long term sublets like this.

Hi,

If i simulate a booking i can request to book it for minimal 1 month (januari until max 18 febr. ). But when i choose 1 jan-19 februari (and beyond) is says: dates are not available.

Please note you can also set a price per specific month (it's in the pricing section at the bottem), making it same price for each month.
