Hi their,
We have a guest intersted in staying in our garage apartment for about 1 month. There is not a washing machine/dryer in the apartment or available on the property (the other house on the property with a W/D has a long term tennant). We provide 2 sets of sheets for guests and several sets of towels, however, during the course of 1 month the linens will have to be cleaned.
Any ideas for how to ensure the guest will have access to fresh linens in the absence of a W/D?
Thanks in advance!
uh... I really don't know 🙂 maybe you can try one of these solutions
@Taylor40, @Branka-and-Silvia0, have pretty much given you all the plausable options.
Your main listing has a tariff of minimum $215 au per night and a minimum of 3 nights, a person staying there is up for over $6000 per month,
However, if you are doing a swap, and considering letting out your private accommodation instead, [I don't see that area listed yet] then what is happening with the washing machine you normally use? Although the tariff on a smaller section of your building would be a lot less than your main listing, you need to make a decision about whether you want to supply equipment or services or stick to short term stays. There's no way you can expect someone to manage for a month in the country without being able to do their own personal washing.
You can use it when they check out to wash the linen.
