Make only hosting

Are there hosts who only cater to females or only males? Is this allowed, or is it considered profiling or biased? Will hosts just deny any gender they don’t want to host and pay no penalty?

@Stephen100 there are cases of women who rent rooms in their apartments while they live there and they can choose to host only females. I don't know about other varieties of this, maybe you could contact Airbnb directly and ask them.

it is allowed to only accept guests from same gender under certain condititions:

I got the answer. I do share my space, so i could limit to only males if I wanted. Unless  they are just “identifying” as males for that day! Lol
