Hi.  I just registered a property and am new at being an Air BNB host.  I can't find anywhere to obtain help to manage my listing for me.  Having someone take the bookings, pre approve portential tenant, collect dollars etc.  How can I do this

Hi Sylvana

I see you are in Niagara Falls, do you live in the area?  I have an upper and lower unit in Toronto and am considering my next Airbnb listing will likely be in the Falls but not sure how to manage the cleaning etc when the time comes.

Some questions for you?  Do you live in the area?  Do you have a cleaner?  Hiring a property manager is a great way to take away all the stress of managing an Airbnb but also will take a significant portion of your profit margin, there is the option of Co-Hosting finding someone in the area who is willing to Co-Host, keep in mind they get anywhere from 10%-20% of your revenues is it really worth it?

I have been doing this now for roughly 10 weeks, I have the airbnb app on my phone, managing the listings, approving the guests, I can manage myself even with a demanding fulltime job.  Regarding the collecting of money all you have to do is supply airbnb with your bank account deposit information and they send it to you 24 hours after your guest checks in.  I find I usually get it within 48 hours of airbnb emailing me telling me what is being released to me.

Let me know if you have any other questions, I think we can certainly learn from one another and being in a close geograpfical area with similar business interests we can likely help one another.  There is actually also a meetup group its called Toronto Airbnb Superhosts that meet monthly, not sure why it is called Toronto Airbnb because the meetings alternate between Niagara Falls and St. Catherines, here is the link

If it's available in your area I would go into your listing and click on the option to find superhosts in your area who offer co-hosting, you can then approach them and say what help you want and if they are interested they will contact you/provide you with a proposal.

New host to air BNB and listed a property recently. Have one reservation already and need to go into Manage my listing because it has to be out of service for a week in June for a rennovation I've been

waiting for. The contractor is set to come in, but I cannot get into my listing to block out the week for the work.               Air BNB shows my profile has no listing which is not correct.

I had an office worker go in as a "guest" and make certain my property is showing and it IS showing as available and live.

I MUST get into my listing to make a couple of changes and block out this work-week asap!     I'm not feeling a high comfort level with Air BNB having this much trouble getting into my new listing... perhaps I've made a bad choice in listing?  anyone?
