Missing Payout

I had a booking where guests checked in on 29th Dec 15 and checked out on 1st January 16. The payment is sat in pending on my transactions. I can't find a contact email address on Airbnb site to address this issue so have posted on here. I would like to receive the payout due for this guest booking that has been fulfilled. 
I have since had another booking that has been paid so I think Airbnb has made an error. 
Have wasted an hour searching for contact details for hosts but there are non which is a bit off really.
I see that I am not the only host that has had payout problems.
Can the staff at Airbnb address this issue and put some contact details on their site for hosts that don't involve the guests.

Hi Andrea, i have a problem almost same with you too. My guests checked in on 26 Dec and checked out on 29 Dec 2015. But until today, i have not received the payment. Maybe some error ?

Hi to fellow Airbnb host, just sharing 1 of my problem as well.

I have a guest checking by 21/8/2016 checking out 28/8/2016. Today is 24/8/2016 already and I still not yet received any payment for this booking. 😞

The booking also does not appear in my existing or pending transaction in payment history yet. 😞

Would need any help or advice for the next course of action for this? Any experienced Airbnb host who could give a token of advice how to solve this problem?

I am having a similar issue with a reservation that has already occurred sitting in my pending transactions. Did anyone find a solution?
