Mr Airbnb when can we be serious about stopping guests smoking on our property !

Out of last five guests, two smoked outside the door to the apt. Yes, I can go down and confront them, ask them to stop blah blah. But where is the expectation that smoking is not acceptable ? Uber says smoke in the car, you are off the platform.

If we have evidence of smoking : bin full of cigs, video of puffing, smoke alarms disconnected then Airbnb should not ask us to deal with it. They should be clear that the penalty is end of stay, no review, no access to Airbnb platform. Fix it !

I agree, smoking guests in a non-smoking accomodation is not a good combination. They should not book it anyway. And if they smoke: end of stay and penalties from Airnb !
