My guests cannot receive my email via their Airbnb temporary email address.

I have recently encountered this problem - My guests cannot receive my email when I send it to their Airbnb temporary email address. Has anyone have this issue? Cannot find how to contact Airbnb support...

Never heard of temprary email? Send it the their regular email?

Airbnb rename hosts and guests personal emails into Airbnb temporary email address so that both parties are not able to see the actual email address. Have a look at your guests' email addresses in their profile it they look like this. - xxxx@guest.airbnb.com.

I would do neither. It's best to keep everything in the Airbnb message thread in case of a Dispute later on. Therefore, if you can either use their website or their mobile app you'll be in the best shape.

@Sunny21Yes, we had the same problem 

Airbnb gives you a phone number (which is actually real) and then they give you a masked email address. Anytime I've tried to send an email to a booked guest (with a PDF or additional info that would be too long for the airbnb portal) they never receive it.

Have you tried to contact Airbnb regarding this issue? I cannot find any Airbnb support contact details but this community centre.

I have started sending shared links of my PDF files stored in Google drive via Airbnb messaging as a resolution. I guess if Airbnb can provide a drive function like Google drive, that might be nicer.
