Why is it, when I look up listings on this site, that the price of the room is never consistent?  I have looked up my listing only to find 2 different prices today. One at $147 and the next time it was listed at $155.  My price should actually be $145, so where do these other numbers come from?  On that note, did the service fees go up?  It is now $19 and I believe the last time I booked guests, it was only $3.00 per night. That is quite a difference
