Never paid for a past reservation

I rented my apartment over two weeks ago and I never received my payout. When I view both my transaction history and future transactions, her reservation does not appear at all. Normally, I receive a payout or at least an email from Airbnb saying that the payout is on its way, but no such thing happened with this reservation. I had a different guest arrived yesterday and his payout is on its way and it shows up in my transaction history. 

How can I get my missing payout?

Did you actually have a confirmed reservation? How did you transmit the house address to the guest with a missing payment?

Yes the reservation was confirmed. It shows up on my calendar on Airbnb. I transmitted the house address to the guest when I accepted their reservation. I do not know why the payment is missing- it is what I am trying to find out.

Is there some reason you are asking in a host forum and NOT asking AirBnB about it?

Thanks for your reply Mike. Can you tell me how can I contact Airbnb about it because the only options that I see for "Help" are a forum or the Resolution Center.

Use the search tool at the top of the page.  "Contacting AirBnB" will bring up multiple messages on how to do that.
