I am new host, new to AirBnB. I just got amessage from someone saying Reservation Confirmed "looking forward to staying at your place on Saturday, thanks!"

I have two questions:

1. How does one pay and how do you know they have paid

2. How can one know its a genuine booking

QUestion 2 - check the status, the guest's profile. Is there anyhting suspicious?

@Previledge0Since they have paid, the booking is genuine. And welcome to the forums.

The booking wouldn't be confirmed if they haven't paid.
