No bookings

We have been with Airbnb for over a year now.  There was non-stop inquiries and bookings the whole time up until two months ago. Has anyone else had an experience like this?  They say there is nothing wrong with our account.  It seemed to have been timed with us making some complaints on one of their surveys about Airbnb siding with the guests over us as the host.  I am thinking that there are politics involved here.  The programers must be able push a button and cut off the listing to viewers.  This is all I can think of.  If this is the case then it will bite them in the end because we are constantly busy with Trip Advisor and two other hosting companies.  Thoughts anyone?
