No listing??

I own Enwhistle Cottage in Chester St in Christchurch. Since enlisting in August, bookings have been coming steadily but in the last few weeks I have had nothing....I have just got a friend in the US to check and she cannot find my listing on airbnb even though it shows up when I look on my computer. The cottage right next door to me shows up so she must be looking in the right place. What do I do about this?? Thanks. Karen

Thanks Carol. I'm still stuck though and the emails I've read have just made me more worried. I have received no email to say my listing is being withdrawn and I can still view it when I log in but a friend in Christchurch and in USA can't  find it - and I haven't had bookings in ages. Very unusual....
