Not Guest Books

Hello,

I am asking for advice or if there is a particular policy. We've had a woman book with us but say that she isn't going to be the one using Airbnb but a friend of her's. Is there a particular policy against this? Can we have the trip cancelled or blocked?

I'm afriad because it is a tactic used to discover if a place is worth robbing. The identify thief takes a random picture of someone, says that "they're not them" and if they do rob, they're hard to track down. The person has one review and little verification. Since you can get your friends to leave reviews, it's easy enough to hijack a Facebook long enough to say "This person is awesome."

Suggestions? Am I being paranoid?

Thanks

No third party bookings - it is against AirBnB policy and you are not covered by any of their protection schemes.

Just decline the booking and say the reason why.
