One shared bath vs two separate baths

I’m looking to host on Airbnb. I have an option to move into an apartment with one bath or one with two baths. How important is it to a guest to have two baths?

@Alessandro733. I think that the difference of a private bath will more than compensate for any difference you will pay in rent. Private baths are one first things that potential guests look for. Also it will make it easier for you to keep it clean.

I'd say the premium for a private bathroom is +$15/night or more.

Get the extra bathroom for your guest - then you'll have your own private bath too!

Especially if you’re going to live there, definitely two.  You don’t want to share a bathroom with a parade of strangers!
