Only one of my reservations is shown

My guests who came last Thursday had to abruptly return on Friday morning before breakfast due to business.  They were booked for 3 nights and I would like to refund them for the 3rd night.  However, their reservation (and next weekend's) don't show on my listing so I cannot follow the procedure to refund them.  How do we get in touch with airbnb about technical issues?
