Over $30K of AIRBNB rentals in 2015, NO 1099 sent??? How do we get one reissued?

This is all very frustrating... I see the AIRBNB tax summary for the year, but no actual 1099K form has been sent?
I can't file without the 1099 form.... How do we get this (re) issued????

where??? the instructions in an earlier (?) post didn't sync with what I was seeing.

How can I get to a printable 1099-K for both 2015 and 2016?
