Reservations

I have a potential guest wanting to reserve. I get text messages and emails from Air BNB to reply. I reply to them they reply to me. I get nothing from Air BNB Yet Air BnB is aware of the potential reservation or they would not continue to remind me to reply....   This has happened several times....i would ask just what is going on?

You are getting text notifications of communication that is going through the Airbnb portal.  If you want to be informed about potential reservations and details regarding your property, you need to use the App or Desktop options.

You will need to have push notifications on if you want to be reminded by Airbnb directly.  If you have push notifications turned on but are not receiving them, log a technical bug here: https://www.airbnb.ca/help/feedback
