Overbooked

I revised my site with one room, and Airbnb keeps overbooking me. I went and revised my site and published. Now with instant reservation they keep overlaping my reservations and having to cancel clients with me being penalized over and over. How do you get out of this if you can't talk to a human???

PS.

Obviously my one room is listed twice in different sites so with instant booking Airbnb could overbook previous reservations, and then impose penalities.  Also I was in Cuba for a couple weeks, only last week, where there is no internet or telephone communications. I could block out my room but couldn't block out inquiries while I was there. I want to get out of instant reservations but seems I am locked in.

@Charles60 It appears that this issue is not Air BNB system failure but one in which you need to find a way to manage two calendars.  Now you have to automatic reviews that you cancelled two bookings.  This will be problematic for potential guests and will affect your future bookings.  If you have remedied the problem so that you don't have two calendars, you might see if Air BNB would cut you some slack and delete the automatic cancel reviews.

ps - Airbnb isn't overbooking, you are since you are using 2 sites to drive traffic to one property.  Or you could look at it that your OTHER property site is actually doing the overbooking since they don't know the Airbnb calendar.  Maybe they should change?
