Hello, it is been 5 days and my quest already left and I still didn't get the payment from my guest. Airbnb is usually good paying on time but this time it is already the 5th day and I still didn't receive any payment from airbnb. Who do I need to contact in Airbnb to address this issue?

I had a similar problem with a guest who made a reservation for a month.

Usually airbnb does the payout 24 hr After checkin and I never worried about.

This time I checked 1 , 2 , 3 days and NADA .

so I called C.S. and they said that everything is fine but there is a problem with a small amout. that they contact the guest and everything will be fine.

It was the end of the month so i paiedy bills, and the bank statement showed red.

I kept calling them several times a day and finally the payout was made 1 week after the original date.
