Pay outs

I have a pay out that was routed to another 1 of my accounts. Is there a way to stop or change this?

Hi guys, I notice you have two listings, but I am assuming you have only set one payment preference for both listings!

Go to your 'account settings' one listing at a time, and on the left side of the screen you will see items relating to your account settings.

Click on 'Payout preferences' and set the account you wish payments for that listing to go too, then go to the other listing and do the same for that with your alternate account!

This should do the trick. Probably nothing you can do about the transaction that has already gone through.

You can always access where payments have gone by also on your account settings page go to 'Transaction History' and this will show a history of all transactions for that particular listing.

It pays to keep a close eye on these settings so that you can sort out issues quickly.
