Air bnb does not recognize my shipping address

@Kim50; Why?  It's important to have a correct shipping address because sometimes Airbnb sends nice presents!

Air BnB refuses to accept my post office box as my shipping address?  Any suggestions?

I've tried providing both, it won't accept either.

@Kim50 Ok, looks like you are in a remote rural area and probably of necessity have to use a PO box. I would send a tweet to @airbnbhelp to ask for help with this...that's the best way to get in contact.  There are other ways:

When I enter my shipping address here in Mexico, it comes back with the wrong "neighborhood" listed, or it changes the zip code, etc.  After many tries on different days I give up.  I need help.  When I go to "contact us", there is no selection to describe the help I need on the shipping address. And I don't have a Twitter account.  Can anyone help? Thanks.

@Julie512 On the "contact us" link, keep selecting "My question is about something else" until you get to a place where you can send a message describing your situation.  You will get an answer soon.
