Payment not received (looks like resolution adjustment)

Desperate help needed, guests arrives and payout was made of 674.80 then it looks like 

a refund of 648.00 was made (it said resolution adjustment and a number)

However as far as I know there was no resolution and the guests were there.

Certainly I was not notified of a cancellation and I have been asked to review them.

A refund was then given of 30.60

I am very confused and worried about this!

Please help.  

This was for last week so I now have my next guests in.

Hello @Nicky21 ,

It is not clear to me what you are asking. If a refund is made, then it should appear in your Transaction History. If their was a cancelation you should be notified of it. Not sure what you mean by  "A refund was then given of 30.60". By who ?

It looked like I had been paid for a stay and then airbnb had taken it back and then just refundme me £30.  However I have now realised that this is because of a refund given from last year.   Airbnb have just taken it now from this last payment.  Thanks for your response.
