Payment options

After I accepted reservations, guest's told me that they havn't recived confirmation of payment (payment options)?

 

They don't know how to pay

 

What I need to do?

You don't need to do anything. Go to Your Reservations. If it shows Accepted in green beside their name it means they have paid. The dates will also be blocked out in green in your diary.

 

If they have not paid, then they have not paid.... be careful that someone is not trying to scam you. If they have a problem they need to contact AirBnB as the payment is to them, not you at this point in time.
