Hello,

 

I have recently started hosting on airbnb. After the first reservation I received, airbnb released the money the day after the guest checked in. However, with the second reservation the guest has checked in and checked out already but they have not released the payment.

 

It still shows up as expected future payment. Has anyone come across this and if so how did you resolve this with airbnb.
