Payout issues

Hello 

i have been trying to add payout method on my airbnb account, so in egypt only two ways are available either Bank wire or paynoeer card

whenever i try to use the Bank wire option, after i finish entering my bank details and submit. i get redirected to home screen with message you don't have permission to complete this action

can anyone help?
