Hi - AirBnB has not been able to answer me regarding host-specific qualifications for free professional photography services. I know there is a photographer in my area becasue I know other hosts who have received the service. When I click the request link it instantly replies with email that says this:

Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service to you at this time. Availability is host-specific — for more details on how we currently offer this service, please visit this link. You may try to request again at a later date, however service is not guaranteed for all hosts.

Clicking the link just takes you back to the request page, with no further explanation of what the host-specific requirements are.

I got the same message, and I've been hosting for a year.

Probably they have a limit on how much photography they give away for free in your area and have exceeded it.

1. Phone BNB and query (use search function here is you don't have the number)

2. Find your own photographer - advantage is that you can asked for shared copyright and can use the photos as you want (with BNB you can only use on their site).

I also received the same message and i try for the " request photography" for more than 6 months, really do hope Airbnb could advise us regarding this.
