My listing is in a small but popular town Perrysburg Ohio. I have been with airbnb for 8+ years. Try to find my listing and let me know how you do. I am a super host and in 8 years I have only had one 4 star and the balance 5 star reviews( strangly the 4 star review was from a from a guest that wanted discuss how they could list their property. I accomodated them happiliy. I have helped many of my friends list with airbnb. Jones and Jones The little Purple house, The Sunday House, Trails End on the Riverand Lacey's Place > I am consulting with some one that is prepairing three listings now . They will be listing in the next few weeks. We were discussing what to name the listings. I strongly puting The name of the town Perrysburg some where in their name. I do stay quite busy,however for someone just begining I feel it top priorty to be listed in a serch for our beautiful river town. As the saying goes in real estate "location,location, location. I am find that it is no longer possible to serch exclusivly for Perrysburg.
Not sure what happend there. I did contact airbnb and they said it had somthing to do with population size??? algorythems???? price???? and lastles to filter buy "incognito" I am still working on that suggestion.

I am going to experement with one of my listings re naming it Villa Incogneito and offering it for $25 per night with a cleaning fee of $110 per night. I will let the comunity no if this method will help visibility.
The associate that offered the algorithem explanation ended the conversation with thanks for being a "Supper Host" and to keep up the good work. Wow that sure cleared thing up for me!
